We also offer a delivery service in the local region. For delivery in Telluride and Mountain Village, we will deliver up to 15 baskets for $15.

Shipping
All orders will be shipped FedEx unless other arrangements are made. Buying for more than one person? Corporate gifts going to more than one client or employee? You can simply return the merchandise to us and we will give you a choice of refund, replacement or exchange for your purchase. If you'd like to return a product, within 10 days, please contact us first to get return authorization. Items must be in original resalable condition.You have the following choices when you decide to return any shipment:
- Refund - total refund minus any shipping costs (Prorated refund for shipping charges if an item is broken or damaged.). Please allow 3 working days for processing
- Replacement - we will ship the replacement within 3 working days.
- Credit - we will issue you a gift certificate for the amount, and you'll be able to redeem it at any time.
Damaged Items
If one of our items arrives damaged, hold onto the package as is and contact us immediately. It is your responsibility to keep the damaged items long enough should the carrier wish to inspect the damage. We will notify the carrier and follow their procedures to claim compensation. Damage insurance is automatically applied to every shipment on popular carriers like UPS and FedEx, but if you elected a carrier that does not offer damage compensation or lost package compensation, you will not be eligible for a claim. For those carriers, we encourage you to pay a little extra for this type of insurance.If the carrier issues a refund, you will be credited for the purchase. However, the carrier must approve and issue any refunds before a replacement or credit can be issued to you. The carrier may or may not require a visual verification of damaged goods as per their policy.
Chocolate and substitutions:
During the hot summer months all chocolate must be shipped for next day arrival. In some areas this may mean we have to upgrade too overnight shipping to ensure quality delivery. At times it may be necessary for us to substitute an item or items in our baskets. This is due to the uniqueness of each gift and product availability. We will never substitute products unequally and we never compromise on quality. Please note that not all gifts arrive identical to the picture. Please call with any questions regarding this policy.
